No. Your identity and gender in your resurrected body will carry over into heaven, but since human marriage will not exist in heaven and God prescribes sex only within marriage, sexual intercourse will not exist in heaven. However, since there is a different kind of continuity between human marriage and the marriage of Christ to his church, there may be some higher form of intimacy and pleasure between people in heaven that we now know as sex. God created sex for procreation, intimacy and pleasure during marriage. It is highly likely that God will replace sex with some other higher form of intimacy, love, and pleasure between people in close relationships in heaven.
